Hi, I’m allison allen.
In 2006 while attending massage school, I started working as a Front Desk Manager at a salon in Downtown Portland. I quickly recognized the healing side of the industry and became hooked. Following that position I went on to work in many facets of the beauty world, including New Business Development, Education and Business Management. During that time, I began to suffer from hormonal breakouts, eczema and pigmentation. After a lot of trial and error and suggestions from various professionals, to no avail, I met and began to work for Marywynn Ryan of Skin by Marywynn in Portland, OR. I then worked with and apprenticed under her for the next 4 years and learned the lifestyle and diet effects as well as topical treatments for various skin conditions. I became passionate about continuing this knowledge to help others with various skin concerns and disorders ranging from eczema and rosacea, to loss of elasticity and acne. I have traveled all over the U.S. furthering my education and taken advanced courses in Cell to Cell Communication, Nutrition and Holistic Healing, Cosmetic Chemistry, Gene Targets, Acne, Craniosacral, Facial Cupping, Buccal Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. I now teach many of these modalities in 1 on 1 and group settings. I strive to stay at the forefront of skin science and internal remedies so I am able to properly teach my clients to maintain their skin health through lifestyle and proper skincare.
